Fausto and his team created a simple but elegant commercial building for us that proved to be loved by the purchasers and still affordable to build. Fausto's building background provides him the unique ability to design beautiful buildings while keeping construction methods simple and affordable. His use of both expensive and inexpensive materials provide the builds a very modern and upscale look without inflating budgets. We welcome the opportunity to work with FCA again on future projects.
